Togawa will be responsible for leading the development of InfoWeapons' products, and for creating and delivering solutions to customers throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

Togawa has a distinguished leadership background working in telecommunications and brings InfoWeapons almost three decades of experience defining and managing large-scale technology investments. He joins InfoWeapons from NTT Communications, the world's largest telecommunications company, where he was the General Manager of NTT Communications in the Philippines, responsible for NTT's business activities there including its 15% stake in PLDT, the largest telecommunications company in the Philippines. Throughout his 28-year tenure with NTT, Togawa made significant contributions in driving various company's new businesses, which extend from R&D to development of domestic data services and global businesses in Asia.
