Dulles, VA - December 10, 2009 - InfoWeapons announced today the release of version 1.9.000 of its SolidPBX™ appliance. SolidPBX™ is an advanced, dual-stack Voice over IP (VoIP) private branch exchange (PBX) appliance for the enterprise.

The new SolidPBX™ release now features High Availability (HA) over IPv4 and IPv6 capability, IPv6 autoconfiguration using Router Advertisements, enhanced management options including an Application Programming Interface (API), and new Wizards for configuring VoIP accounts.

The appliance's Interface and network management tools have been made more flexible and there is additional support for more FXS/FXO gateways. A new license checking and software update scheme is also implemented in this version.

More add-on modules supporting hospitality features are being planned.
