EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Lawrence Hughes founded InfoWeapons to create high quality, simple-to-use, networking products in response to the general lack of commercial, carrier-grade IPv6 products. Prior to founding InfoWeapons, Mr. Hughes was the co-founder and CTO of CipherTrust, makers of IronMail™ E-mail appliances. Before that, he was a senior security consultant at VeriSign, where he created and taught the company's certification courseware internationally. Mr. Hughes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics, with a minor in Physics, from Florida State University.

Luis Gopez has over 20 years experience in Information Technology and related fields. Prior to InfoWeapons, Mr. Gopez launched and was president of mySecureSign, Inc. (mSSI). mSSI is the principal international affiliate of VeriSign in Southeast Asia and a wholly owned subsidiary of PLDT in the Philippines. He also serves on the board of a number of privately held companies in both Asia and the United States. Mr. Gopez holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the US International University, London, England Campus, with major in Engineering Management and Management Information Systems and Executive MBA programs from Asia and the United States.

Mr. Takashi Togawa has risen through various senior management positions during his 28-year corporate life with NTT, one of the largest telecommunications and IP services providers in the world. He founded and managed the Asian Multimedia Forum (AMF), which became a unique and influential platform for NTT's global activities. After completing that pioneering mission, he took charge of NTT's existing strategic partnership with PLDT in the Philippines, which eventually became the most successful of all of NTT's global business partnerships. Before entering the field of global business, Mr. Togawa worked in Research and Development (R&D) at the renowned NTT Laboratory, and in its head office, engaging in network design and planning of domestic data services. Mr. Togawa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from Tohoku University, a Master of Science degree in Information Engineering from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA from Stanford Business School.

Mr. Caldwell brings a combination of over 17 years of experience in security and entrepreneurship to InfoWeapons. He is a noted expert in various operating systems with extensive experience in security auditing, firewall and intrusion detection systems (IDS) development, risk assessment, penetration testing, and security research. He comes to InfoWeapons from IBM Tivoli where he served as Chief Security Architect. Mr. Caldwell was also Chief Security Architect of Micromuse, which was acquired by IBM for $865 million, and co-founded and helped build GuardedNet, which defined the Security Information Management market.

Prior to joining InfoWeapons, Owen Greeson was President of GeoSoft, a domestic and International sales and marketing firm representing clients in Europe, Asia, and America. Owen has worked with the Finnish Government, assisting software companies with their entry into the US. He was also founding Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Microstuf, and helped establish Crosstalk as an industry standard for data communications until it was sold to DCA in 1986. Then as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and an equity participant at Meridian Technology, his team established Carbon Copy as the industry leader in remote control software until it was sold to Microcom in 1989. As the founding Vice President of International Sales and Marketing and equity participant of CipherTrust, Owen helped create a new market segment that eliminates Spam (unsolicited commercial email). Owen's strengths are in finding products, providing the assistance necessary to productize and bring them to market, international and domestic contract negotiation, trademark and copyright protection, and sales and distribution.

With an extensive and distinguished background in Quality Assurance (QA), Mr. Woods is an expert at guiding the development and maintenance of critical information systems. He comes to InfoWeapons after helping build a string of successful start-up ventures, including CipherTrust/Secure Computing and the world's first internet bank, S1 Corporation, where he built their respective QA Departments and directed all QA efforts. He also guided PRC Inc. where he helped develop a new US Navy Decision Support system, the Rapid Anti-Ship Missile (ASM) Integrated Defense System (RAIDS) deployed on Spruance class ships. Mr. Woods was also a US Air Force officer for seven years, performing maintenance programming on a critical early warning satellite communication system and running two Air Force IDHS (Intelligence Data Handling System) systems. After leaving the Air Force, he joined Advanced Technology Incorporated (ATI) and developed the first Information System Requirements document for the Combat Systems Laboratory (CSL) project.
