Highly proficient in UNIX, and UNIX-like platforms such as FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and NetBSD
Advanced networking skills and extensive experience in computer network administration
Proficient in various networking concepts and technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, VOIP, firewall, Quality-of-service (QoS), DSL, etc.
Familiar with Internet standards and RFCs, and capable of implementing
Familiar with system analysis and design
Must be able to write technical documents
